Saturday was a much better day. The weather was perfect for a day in the park.... frogging, fishing, birding and having a great time.
It was Friday noon when we met Caroline in Belleville for lunch and we started our week long visit with Sam and Will. We were hoping for an uneventful drive home but it wasn't to be. The traffic was slow all the way across Toronto but it was when we were thinking we were free and clear that the traffic ground to a complete halt. Just ahead of us, a tractor trailer was on fire and we had a lengthy wait till the fire was extinguished. It was hot and it was boring but there were no complaints from either of the guys. However, Will eloquently expressed our feelings as we started once again moving forward by exclaiming, "Oh, sweet mother of Pearl!! We're moving!!"
